Solution Q: I have a recurring product where customers are automatically added to a customer mailing list with scheduled autoresponder messages. Every month after the customers subscription comes through, they receive the all the scheduled messages again.

A: Check your product record. If you set it to delete from all lists and then add to your customer list, the system will do what it was set to do. Once deleted from all lists, it'll have no way to figure out if your customer was on customer list and will add them as a new customer.

Instead, edit your product record (Products >> View >> Edit) it so that the system removes them from one list (name of list) or none and then adds them to your customer list.
